eviXmatic can be thought of as a docking station for eviXscan 3D scanners to perform high-precision, non-contact measurements of objects covering the entire image field. The resulting scanned images can be compared to a CAD reference model using the Geomagic Control X server.

The scanner built into the eviXmatic system can be detached and, if necessary, used independently.
