Inspection The PLu Product Inspection Series is specifically designed for rapid optical analysis of large samples such as printed circuit boards, flip-chip devices and other applications. Based on the proven optical profiling technology, you can analyze any surface using the interferometric method (PLu 4300 CP) or a combination of interferometric and confocal methods (PLu 2300 CP). The device is made using a granite platform and allows you to place samples up to 610x610 mm in size. A wide variety of clamps and sample holders make it possible to measure a variety of samples, from large printed circuit boards to multiple flip-chip packages.
