3D Optical

Profiler Sensofar is pleased to introduce the new Neox 3D Optical Profiler . This profilometer is a breakthrough in the field of non-contact optical 3D profilometry. It combines the capabilities of confocal and interferometric profilometry. The combination of these two methods makes Neox a unique system that outperforms today's existing optical profilers.

Neox is designed to provide fast, non-invasive measurements of the micro and nano geometry of surfaces of various configurations. This system with dual sensor technology is very convenient for R&D and laboratory quality analysis.

Based on micro-display technology, Neox allows fast confocal scanning at up to 12.5 frames per second. With no moving parts technology, compact size, and robust modular design, Neox is an excellent analytical tool.

Optionally, Neox can be equipped with a spectroscopic reflectometer to enable the measurement of thin films. It is possible to measure up to 10 layers of films in the range up to 10 nm.
Neox has a resolution of 0.1 nm to several nm, equipped with a double vertical scanner, which works in combination with a precision moving stage and a piezo scanner. This allows you to achieve the highest accuracy and repeatability of measurements among the instruments on the market today.

The high performance backlight and high contrast algorithm are ideal for angle measurement of slopes greater than 70°. It is possible to measure rough and reflective surfaces, as well as samples containing dissimilar materials.

Neox uses black-and-white, high-speed, high-resolution CCD cameras as a metrological detector and a color camera to inspect the surface in bright light and create 3D measurement models.
