The PRIMELINE series is a full featured upgrade to the CLEANSORB family of dry exhaust gas scrubbers. This system has been specifically designed to handle gas streams and associated processes in systems with increased safety requirements, such as Metal Organo Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) processes.

A key safety element of the PRIMELINE system is the absorber column fill. The specialized CLEANSORB® chemisorbent media provides highly efficient removal of toxic gases such as AsH3, PH3 or GeH4 while minimizing the risks associated with hydrogen side reactions or air ingress. Unique monitoring and control features, including an infrared array for monitoring the temperature profile in the absorption column, as well as an inert gas cooling mechanism. Another hallmark of the PRIMELINE system is the redundant absorption tower, which increases safety while increasing system uptime and customer equipment productivity.

The PRIMELINE series includes three models (CS070PS, CS100PS and CS200PS) with different column sizes to meet a wide range of requirements from critical R&D operations to the demanding requirements of high-tech production lines.
