Before installing a new gas cylinder in line with the gas distribution system of the gas supply system, the process gas remaining from the previous gas cylinder must be removed. This is done both for safety reasons and to ensure continuity of the fresh gas supply. The residual gas can be a highly concentrated toxic, self-igniting or corrosive gas, which is a significant safety hazard.

The safety of the hazardous purge gas removal solution with the CLEANVENT cartridge has been proven over 20 years of experience. When installed inside a gas distributor on the suction side of a venturi vacuum generator or inside a gas distribution cabinet, the CLEANVENT cartridge provides the possibility of cleaning residual gases “at the source”.
