The CLEAN-PROTECT device is designed to absorb toxic or other hazardous gases from an emergency gas release. This safety device provides protection against the uncontrolled release of toxic, corrosive or flammable gases from one or more gas distribution devices of the gas supply system, thus protecting the production premises and the surrounding area of ​​the plant.

The core of the CLEAN-PROTECT system is the dry chemisorbent CLEANSORB®. In the CLEAN-PROTECT system, exhaust gases undergo an irreversible chemical reaction (oxidation or neutralization) and are safely converted into solid by-products. Such a system is built into the air exhaust circuit and does not require power supplies or other types of devices for its operation. This means that the system is constantly in standby mode.

The CLEAN-PROTECT system is made from high quality 316L stainless steel. In the absence of accidental gas releases, the replacement frequency of the absorber layer is five years.
