Aspherical optical profilometer
PLu Apex is an optical profilometer capable of measuring any optical surface - from aspherical to flat, as well as surfaces of arbitrary shape. This is especially useful when measuring optics. Sensofar's innovative confocal tracking technology allows for very fast and accurate measurements at speeds up to 1 mm/sec.
The PLu Apex is equipped with a high-precision air-bearing stage and comes with powerful software that allows you to quickly obtain accurate measurement results.
New PLu Apexit is also able to meet the highest metrological requirements when measuring large samples - measuring range in the horizontal plane - up to 100 mm (500 mm - optional) and up to 50 mm in the vertical, as well as angular measurements up to 65 degrees.
