Description:
The furnace is especially suitable for vacuum heat treatment of rods, shafts, gears, etc.
After quenching, the parts have little deformation and good structure.
Technical features:
1. Excellent temperature uniformity
2. The inner trolley is equipped with a variable speed drive. It has a stable conveying speed with "full-fast-slow" operation, which makes the conveying time very short.
3. Shielding gas is supplied to the furnace to minimize oil evaporation and ensure a fast cooling rate in the gas quenching process.
4. The furnace consists of two chambers located vertically or horizontally.
5. Large volume oil tank, cooled by external circulation with heat exchanger, provides better cooling effect
