The bell furnace consists of a lined bell with heaters and one or more fixed platforms. Furnaces of this type are used for heat treatment of products of large dimensions and weight. The design of the furnace saves production space, and with more than one platform, higher productivity is achieved compared to other types of furnaces. They are convenient when using shielding gases.
