Description:
This equipment is used in the process of vacuum brazing of refractory alloys and dissimilar alloys, which include Ti, Zr, Nb, Mo. The method is widely used in the production of heat exchangers, diamond cutting tools, Fe-Cr-Al alloys, plate heat exchangers, oil heat exchangers.
The brazing process takes place in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. As a result, there is no oxidation of the parts, deformations of the connected products are minimized, there is no porosity in the resulting joint, no flux is required, the weld surface has a good appearance, and there is no environmental pollution. The furnaces are controlled by a programmable logic controller. The temperature in the furnaces is maintained with high precision by a separate controller. Furnaces have a high level of automation. During operation, the operator can safely switch from automatic to manual control mode, the furnaces are provided with an emergency warning system. Furnaces are easy to set up, operate and maintain.
Design features and equipment:
Note:
Characteristics are indicated for standard models, we offer furnaces with non-standard dimensions, increased working force zone according to the technical specifications of the customer.
