Three-chamber vacuum furnaces for continuous soldering

Three-chamber vacuum furnaces for continuous soldering

This series of furnaces are widely used for brazing aluminum products, such as aluminum heat exchanger plates, car radiators, car air conditioner evaporators and condensers, radar antennas and waveguide tubes. The equipment makes it possible to obtain vacuum-tight joints without using flux and without polluting the environment. Ovens are an excellent alternative to the salt bath soldering process.

Description:
Three-chamber vacuum continuous brazing furnaces are used for brazing copper, nickel, gold, stainless steel, high-alloy alloys, especially high-temperature alloys with a large content of Al and Tr. They are also used for brazing not only similar, but also dissimilar refractory metals, such as 71, Zr , Mo. During hard soldering, the process takes place under vacuum or a protective atmosphere. As a result, there is no oxidation of the parts, deformations of the connected products are minimized, there is no porosity in the resulting joint, no flux is required, the weld surface has a good appearance, and there is no environmental pollution. Multi-stage soldering processes, as well as soldering a large number of products, can be done much faster in this series of furnaces, as they are highly productive.
