BLISS-BRET hydraulic punching presses

BLISS-BRET hydraulic stamping presses have a number of design features that distinguish them from hydraulic forging presses. Due to the fact that hydraulic forging presses mainly perform the final forming of the forging, they have a small working stroke, are less fast than forging presses (the average speed of the working stroke of the slider is 0.1 - 0.5 m / s). They are usually equipped with forging ejectors and a movable table. The design of a hydraulic stamping press is more rigid than that of a forging press, which is necessary to obtain high precision forgings. The action of a hydraulic press is based on Pascal's law, according to which the pressure exerted on a liquid by external forces is transmitted by it in all directions equally.

Depending on the technological purpose, stamping hydraulic presses can have one or more working cylinders, have a frame structure, the peculiarity of which is that the working cylinders are located at the bottom of the press below the floor level of the workshop to reduce its building height.
