BLISS-BRET electromechanical presses with C-shaped design
BLISS-BRET electromechanical presses are production equipment that converts drive energy (electromechanical, hydraulic, etc.) into useful work for deforming a workpiece/part in order to change its overall dimensions (sometimes also internal structural) characteristics. Operations to change the spatial geometry of products are flat and volumetric stamping, stretching, leveling, embossing, trimming, cutting, bending and many other types of cold and hot forming of parts. The impact on the internal structure of the blank includes such operations as forging steel blanks to give them special strength properties, sintering of metal powders, polymerization of non-metallic materials under high pressure and temperature, and other operations.
Bliss-Bret's standard range of electromechanical presses has been optimized and validated for over 20 years. We adapt the technical characteristics of the presses at the request of the customer.
Model range of PCK presses with pressing force from 800kN to 6300kN. These BLISS-BRET presses are single-sided or double-sided pressing, can be additionally equipped with a hydraulic or pneumatic ejector (cushion) and have a C-shaped frame.
All BLISS-BRET presses of this series have the following characteristics:
- Variable stroke with electric adjustment
- Adjustable speed
- Die space height adjustment (patented technology)
-Hydraulic overload protection
Basic criteria for BLISS-BRET presses:
- Compact design
- Safe structure design and control
- Equipment modularity
- Ergonomic work of all press components.
- Quality and reliability of parts and components
- Wide range of control systems
- Ease of operation and maintenance
- Easy operation and maintenance
- Individual solutions based on standard presses
