Punching/drawing presses BLISS-BRET

BLISS-BRET hydraulic presses for blanking and drawing operations are more versatile than mechanical presses. Due to their versatility, oil-driven presses are the undisputed leaders in sheet metal stamping. They are distinguished by a wide range of nominal pressing forces, slider stroke, deformation speed, and the possibility of precise control of work parameters. That is why they are excellently suited for the manufacture of parts from materials that impose special requirements on stamping equipment. Other equally important aspects, including their cost-effectiveness, are solved through the development of appropriate drive designs and the use of modern control and regulation systems.

Hydraulic stamping presses are multifunctional and designed for various technological processes. BLISS-BRET hydraulic presses for punching/stretching operations offer an advantageous price/performance ratio.

For punching and cutting operations, hydraulic presses are equipped with powerful hydraulic shock absorbers. Deformation speed is independent of stroke and pressure release is fully controlled. In addition, shock dampers provide mechanical stroke limitation.

Suspension system

- hydraulic cushions installed in the lower press part, either on the lower table, or on additional guide columns, or with 8-way flat guides. The cushion pressure is controlled and can be programmed into the press stroke function.

- at the request of the customer, it is possible to install the function of increasing the pressure before the extraction / punching operation
